- Exchange within 7 days of delivery for a different size or store credit.
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, briefs, thongs and bras are final sale — please size carefully or WhatsApp for help.
- Sale items are final sale.
How to exchange
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and preferred replacement. We'll arrange collection or an in-store swap.
